How Does Multihead Weigher Packing Machine Work?
Take the Ztech’s multihead weigher packing machine as an example, the whole working process of this machine can be divided into five steps.
Step 1: Product Feeding
The food would be conveyed into the machine though the Z elevator. From there, they are directed to individual feeder pans that are connected to each weighing head.
Step 2: Weighing
The products would be transfer to each of the weighter. Each weighing head employs load cells to accurately measure the weight of the products in their respective feeder pans. These load cells detect the amount of product and convert it into an electrical signal.
Step 3: Calculation and Combination
The electrical signals from all the weighing heads are sent to a central processing unit. The machine's software combines the data from the individual weighing heads to achieve the desired target weight for the overall package.
Step 4: Product Discharge
Once the correct weight is achieved, the respective feeder pans release the products onto a product conveyor. From there, the products are efficiently transported to the main packaging machine, where they are automatically formed into bags, pouches, or containers.
Step 4: Repeat
The process continues for each batch of products until the desired number of packages is produced.
